Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and identifying new business opportunities across both sectors. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement, increase revenue, and foster long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for both the mobile shop and graphic design services.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential client segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales for the mobile shop by promoting products (smartphones, accessories, etc.) through various channels (online, offline, B2B).
- Promote graphic design services to businesses and individuals, focusing on branding, advertising, and digital design projects.
- Establish and meet sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek feedback and identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns for mobile products and graphic design services.
- Utilize digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, etc.) to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the business.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, designers, and support staff to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate between the mobile shop and graphic design teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgets related to business development activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to track progress and optimize business operations.
- Develop pricing strategies for products and services that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
- Product & Service Development:
- Work with suppliers and designers to introduce new products and services that meet customer demands.
- Oversee the creation of customized design solutions that align with client requirements and brand identity.
- Ensure the mobile shop is stocked with the latest devices and accessories, staying ahead of technological trends.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the retail or creative services industry.

Skills:Strong understanding of mobile technology, retail sales, and graphic design.
