Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our dynamic team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record in managing teams, resolving complex issues, and improving service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
