Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets and performance standards for the team.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
