Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing workflow processes. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and a high level of service to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
